While the Moss injury isn’t a good thing, there are some real positives that come with it.

Our bye weeks could not be spread out better. 
We play 5 weeks to open the season, with the 4th of those 5 games being against an FCS team, before our first bye in week 6. Then we play 4 games and have another bye in week 11 before playing the final 3 (maybe 4?) games of the regular season.

For comparison, Utah plays only two teams coming off a bye week: @ Washington and vs UCLA, worth noting that we will also be coming off a bye when we play UCLA.

He wasn’t great his first time on the Hill, but he was good, certainly better than anything we’ve had since he left. 
I think we will be able to count on having at least a competent offense while he is here. I just hope he can get things rolling right out of the gate.

I feel like I heard/read recently that BYU was supposed to announce a new TV deal with ESPN but it was delayed because they had to work out some unexpected/last minute details.
