Anyone still want to make the argument that the big difference between A-Rod and Taylor as OC isn’t simply QB talent?

Can someone tell me why we are recruiting him?

It was only 2.5 quarters, but now that we have seen Williams and Huntley both in Taylor’s system, is it possible the problems under Harding and A-Rod were more due to lack of QB/WR talent than coaching?
