A work associate asked me why the Utah/byup game is called the “holy war”? My first response was that it was a play on mormons vs non mormons but the fact that over 50% of Ute fans are mormon it really doesn’t make any sense.

I think..scratch that… I know that a lot of red goggled Ute fans think EVERY player on the team is better than any other player of USU or Byu-p. It’s simply not true.
