Its probably two separate combined into one. Past players have complained about Under Armor cleats and there is a reason (maybe not this one) most teams that were with UA have left them. Its also more common to have knee / foot issues playing on artificial turf. You will see players in MLS sit out games in Seattle because of the turf.

He couldn’t hit a swing pass and Whitt is still trying to get bowl eligible. Wilson looked really off after hurting his non-throwing arm / hand.

Ludwig always did stuff like that and they weren’t even huge risk huge reward plays. They were huge risk low reward. So many drives killed by running some cute stuff randomly that wasn’t even setup properly in earlier plays.

He only played 7 snaps and still scored a 3.7 in pass blocking. Insane. Only 44.9 in run blocking.

I know of at least 1 sack where the TE (I think Kuithe) was given the DE to block and just missed completely. The TEs have been a disappointment and I’m not sure Kuithe should be out there. He doesn’t have the same speed since his injury.

Regardless of how things play out Ludwig lost the locker room. You’re trying to prevent a mass exodus of players sitting out waiting for the portal to open.

I would love to see more pre snap motion. Its something I don’t thing Ludwig ever used enough and can help a QB diagnose the defense. It also allows you to get defenses playing zone in some trouble when you overload areas.
